The hotel is located in downtown Warsaw with a beautiful view in the lake-facing rooms, offering fantastic amenities, but the traffic can be chaotic. Rooms are clean but have a slight cigarette smoke smell and can get overly hot at times. The service is friendly and helpful, although staff seem overworked. The dining experience is above average with a large selection but can have its drawbacks. Overall, a mixture of positives and negatives in a charming location.
